Nothing happened on the first click?

Browsers block pop-ups by default, so a blocked-pop-up icon appears at the right end of the address bar.
Click that icon and choose Always allow pop-ups from openurls.top, then click Open all again.
This tool never fails silently: if it gets blocked midway it stops, tells you how many were opened, and offers a continue button. See the browser-by-browser guide.
